Live Data Issues

Good evening/morning/afternoon Shakers,

We are experiencing network issues that are causing a data display delay on our Raspberry Shake services: StationView, DataView, and the ShakeNet app.

We are working to fix the problem as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience and apologies for any inconvenience.

Update: due to the current server-side disk issues, access to Shake data is not possible.

However, all data sent from all Shakes is being saved, and we are not currently experiencing any loss.

Once a fix is in place, data access will be restored.

We appreciate your patience while we are solving this.

Update: live-data streaming capabilities have been restored across StationView and DataView. If you still don’t see live data, please fully reload those pages with Ctrl+F5 or MAC equivalent.

Archive data access is still being worked on, so it is not yet available, and it has now become our main priority. Please understand that while live-streaming services are restored, not all functionality within StationView is immediately available. Anything missing continues to be worked on and will become available as soon as possible.

You may see gaps or glitches in the data streams, but rest assured that all data is being recorded in full if your Shake is transmitting to our servers, and any recent (last few days) gaps that are present will disappear once our work is finished.

We continue to thank you all for the help offers, the support, and the understanding you have shown us.
