Update: more functionalities have been restored/enhanced today. For the remaining unavailable services, we anticipate the following:
- response file download from StationView by the end of this week; and
- 24-hour data file download from StationView by the end of this week.
Access to historical data remains, for the moment, restricted. However, this is being actively worked on to bring it back online as soon as possible in the near future. Providing an exact timeline for this, however, is yet elusive.
The next update will be by the end of the week or when the two services come back online, whichever happens first. We wish to thank all the community for the continued support and understanding you have shown us in the past weeks.
Update: The response file download from StationView service has been restored. You’ll be able to download your (or any Shake) response files by clicking on the following icon
after selecting a station on the map.

Restoring the legacy data services remains our highest priority. No data has been lost. We are currently in the process of migrating our 100+ TB of legacy data to a new server provider.
