The .local domain is not terribly reliable, especially on Windows.
Check to see if you can determine the IP address allocated to your shake and use that rather than “rs.local”.

Regarding your issue, you can also try to find the IP address of your Shake (to access it in place of rs.local/) via the admin panel of your modem/router, or, in case you do not have permissions to see it, with the app Fing.
