Raspberry Shake 1D Station offline for months

Hi,

My device
RSH.R6A02.2024-07-02T12_18_26.logs.tar (3.0 MB)
has been offline for months even i switched it in on for more than a day for at least 3-4 times. I did unplug and re-connected the wires before re-booting. Now it is being switched off.

The 3 LED parts while switched on:

  1. Raspberry pi board USB red light solid on
  2. Raspberry pi board blue light solid still on
  3. Ethernet port green light flashing repeatedly but orange light not on

May i know how to resolve this issue please?

Hello Alv, thank you for the logs, the description of the problem you’re having, and the initial troubleshooting you’ve done.

It appears that the logs are incomplete, so could I please ask you to:

  1. Shut down the Shake
  2. Disconnect power and LAN cables, wait for 5 minutes
  3. Reconnect LAN and power cables (in this order) and turn on the Shake again
  4. Wait for ~30 minutes, download the logs from the Shake (if needed, instructions here: Please read before posting! ) and attach them to your next answer?

Let’s see if this new set will provide more answers.
