I also have intermittent data streams on shake net from a brand new shake-boom

Hello, following on the thread from Ajgnet (Intermittent data streams on shake net dataview) I have the same issue!

What is the problem you are experiencing?
I just installed a 1DShake-Boom. There are huge gaps in the data, coming and going every few minutes. There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason behind it. I have a hard-wired network connection on a home network managed by me. The Raspberry shake-boom is set up with a static network connection.

When did it first appear? (Was it after a power cut?)
Since turning on the unit.

Is your RS connected to a home or school/office network?
home

Has your hardware (Shake board, power supply, Raspberry Pi, etc.) been supplied entirely by us?
Yes, everything is an our of box configuration by Raspberry Shake, including power supply.

Logs are attached, Thank you! -Rosie

Hello Rosie, welcome to our community!

Thank you so much for the detailed description, the logs, and the screenshot from StationView.

Again, as far as I can see on my side, everything appears fine from the logs themselves. There doesn’t seem to be, as you say, a correlation between what we can see in the files and the gaps on the website.

As I did for Ajgnet, I passed all information to our server team so that they can use it to review the situation.

I’ll update you as soon as I have news from them. Thank you for your patience while we address this.

Hello again Rosie,

The issue, a server-side one, has now been fixed, and all the streams from your Shake should not show gaps any more.

Thank you again for reporting it and for your patience while our team addressed the issue!
