Hello waw0102,
Thank you for notifying us about this.
If you try again today with the stations that had anomalous responses, do you still get unexpected results?
Could you also provide a list of all the stations that were (or maybe still are) behaving like this and the lines of code that create the download request?
Hello again waw0102,
Just checking in to see if you still have this issue.
On our side, we monitored how xml files are generated/delivered, and have not found something that resembles what you have seen.
Could you attach your calib.py program (in private too, if you don’t want it to be public) so we can follow your experience?
Also, could you attach the “wrong” xml file from REC99 that you downloaded?
Thank you.
have you seen my private email?
Hello waw0102,
I have checked, but it seems that it has not reached us.
Could I ask you to re-send it to support [at] raspberryshake [dot] org?
Thank you!
Hi again,
Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, the files that your team provided are the same with the xml files that i can extract from raspberry server. So what I did is compared the known usable xml file to the misbehaving ones. Please check these images, It might give you some ideas on where to look. Im hoping that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Thank you very much for your cross-verification waw0102!
I have informed our server teams (thanks also for the images) about this issue, and I’ll let you know when I have news from them.
In the meantime, you can use our (manually editable) metadata templates to keep your work running. You can find all of them (and the instructions on how to use them) here.
Our apologies for the temporary inconvenience.
Hello again,
Our team has fixed the issue with these XML files. Could I please ask you to verify that everything is fine on your side too?
All files should now be complete with all details.
