Seismic station metadata is intended to contextualize all data from that station. So when a station moves locations, we create a record in its metadata that marks the new location and lets users know that data from the earlier time period is from a different location. It looks like this station moved from Sweden to Greece some time in October (see here for the records and here for the map). The latest time period available typically has the correct location for live data.
