When some RS owner posts a question to tech support for help with a problem, who gets copied on that message?
Woke up this morning and in my email was a copy of a tech support reply to a different users question.
Not immediately apparent that I got a copy of another Shake owners question.
Usually, notifications are sent when a user answers a message you’ve posted/or a topic you’ve opened, directly replies to one of your messages, or adds a new reply to a topic you’ve bookmarked.
You can check in your user settings if you want to modify the general email notification setup, or, for individual topics, you can modify your notification setting by clicking on the little bell at the bottom:
