Hi Shakers,
Raspberry Shake and IRIS (Incorporated Research Institutions for Seismology) have teamed up to find out what weird and wonderful things have been shaking up your seismographs, in a new social media campaign we have started on Twitter.
As you know Raspberry Shakes detect much more than just earthquakes: footsteps, hurricanes, thunder & lightning, sporting events, eruptions, washing machines, traffic, and much much more.
If you have recorded something like this then please:
- Take a picture of the “wiggle”
- Tell us your city and what activity created the vibration
- Share on Twitter tagging @raspishake & @IRIS_EPO
- And most importantly use the hashtag #WhatsTheWiggle
