I’m unable to log into the ShakeNet Android App. I tried resetting my password, and I can log into the Web (auth.raspberryshake.org) just fine, but the app throws a “username/password combination was not valid” error message. This happens with both username or email address.
I’m using app ver 1.4.14.1 on android 14

Have you tried logging in again after uninstalling/reinstalling the App?
Or, trying again after clearing the App cache by going to Settings and then tapping Clear cache?
If both above don’t work, could you please send me a private message with your login email so that I can ask our team to check what could be causing this problem?

I do have the same issue, I can login to the web-page but I am not able to login to the android App.
I have shut-down the phone, restarted the phone, cheared the cache, re-installed the app, even changed the password via Forgott Password but all of them did not help.
I do have the solution: My PW was too complicated, by chossing one with less special caracters I was able to login. Maybe this helps other users as well.
I too am having this issue, however, I am on IOS on iPad. I have received 26+ emails within 3 hours, saying that my shakenet profile has been registered. On clicking the link in the one separate email that wants me to “verify” my email address I am taken to a raspberryshake.org webpage that says error, sorry there was an error……….the page is white and gives no other information or links to click. I can not sign on to shakenet and adjust passwords or any other info as I am unable to login due to unverified email address.
