Total of RS4D units are offline on the App

Hallo Support

There are a total of 5 RS4D units offline on the Shakenet App.
These units are active under my Shake profile and would like to know what the issues could be.

Names of those units are:
R7EBC
R708B
R7151
R9F18
RF5BD
