Tornadoes aren’t common in Portland OR, but NWS reports one touched down in NE Portland at 5:24 pm (1724 PDT, 0024 UTC) today. That is about 10 miles north of me. It was only just gusty locally. My RBoom (RC93C HDF AM) does show increased noise around that time. I don’t know what a tornado signature would look like, if one is present.
