I am working on a research project in France and would like to find a way to run Station View on a computer, offline.
Is there like a GitHut of the project, or a place to download the source code?

Unfortunately, the source code of StationView is not available to the public, as this is proprietary software.
Possible alternatives (external to Raspberry Shake) can be using SWARM (USGS: Volcano Hazards Program), which is able to create a map from stations that are (for example) connected to particular networks, or contact gempa GmbH (https://www.gempa.de/) and ask for guidance/quotes for the advanced SeisComP software.
