My shake, RBE98 is reported offline this morning, but I see it locally up, connected and reporting. I will restart and see if that helps, but would like to know what caused this status.
Edit: logs here and attached but nothing seen on this end. RSH.RBE98.2021-08-19T10_26_05.logs.tar (3.2 MB)
Edit 2: soft and hard boots seem to do nothing. The Helicorder is also not updating. Device appears fine on the network.
Hello K2PI,
Thank you for bringing this to my attention, and for the logs too.
As far as I can see, there is nothing wrong with the data transmission to our server, but you had an HARD RESET event two days ago
2021 229 03:55:34>> Time adjustment M0: HARD RESET. This will result in a one-time time-tear.
2021 229 03:55:36>> 5.0: NTP Time (Init): NTP: 1629172533.582756519

in which your Shake lost time synchronisation, and it managed to reconnect successfully only after your restart this morning (in UTC time zone).
I can now confirm that data is flowing again, and your Shake is visibile on all our pages and app.
Please write if such an event happens again, so that we can check in more depth what could be causing it.

Thanks. Had a router problem today as well that knocked me off. Shake seems ok. Will keep watching. Thanks.
