Station not visible on map

Hello,
I am installing my first BOOM.
I have configured to transfer data, and all seems ok in home page :

Data Producer : ON
Data Consumer : ON
Off-line Mode : OFF
Data Forwarding : ON
Server Connection : Connected

But my node is not visible on data view map (I have waiting few hours).
Is it normal ? How to fix the issue, and analyse my first data ?

In addition, in the dashboard, I have this message about my shake :
AM.RA38C – (null)

It seems ok now, I don’t understand why…
How I can send/insert logs to dataview manually, that I have, but not in dataview ?

i’m not entirely sure what you mean…

if you ever want to send the unit’s log files here for support questions, you can download them from the home page and then attach the downloaded file to a message here in the forum.
