SHakeNet not detecting my instrument

I am unable to detect my Rasp Shake [Raspberry Shake AM.R763C] on my ShakeNet mobile app, even after having it switched on for several hours.
Could you kindly look into this and help me fix this issue?

a reboot of the unit may solve the problem, depending on what it is, but in order to know exactly what is going on, we need your log files. these can be downloaded from the main page of the front-end configuration screen.
