Shake works few a few hours, stops. weird graph

Shake worked for a year or more, then dropped offline. Downloaded SD card image , setup shake again. Reconfigured

It works for a few hours, then drops off line. Can ssh into the device, reboot and it works again.

When it is online the graph it generates is weird

This is almost certainly a case of the SD card reaching the end of its life and becoming corrupted. I suggest buying a new MLC-grade SD card like one of the following, then re-burning the image:
