Hi, I have a new RS set up R665D and had seconded another user who could not see their Shake in the IOS list. I’ve uninstalled / reinstalled the app again, and now not only does my station say “offline” (though it’s on StationView and says it’s functioning normally) but I also keep getting “0 stations online” no matter how much I refresh the earthquake list or clear the cache.
Is there something else I need to do to complete setup and to complete my access to the entirety of stations via the app? I can see everything on ShakeNet but nowhere else.
Thanks!
Hello Sheilap11,
Thank you for reporting this issue with us. I checked on my Android app and while I can see all the other stations on the net, I cannot see yours.
I have forwarded this to our software developer team, and I will get back to you as soon as I have news from them.
Hello again Sheilap11,
the issue has now been solved. It was a server-side problem that needed a fix, thank you again for reporting this.
I can now see your station on my Shake app.
Hi,I’m having the same issue as Sheilap 11,My station is up and running and I can’t find it on the app or webpage…Thanks
Hello DaveA2750, welcome to the community!
Can you send us the logs from your Shake?
They are downloadable from the Raspberry Shake’s web configuration page, accessible via the rs.local
address, then by clicking on the “Download Logs” button.
