Just a question as to what would cause the change. Had to do a new SD card, other died.

Thank you for the logs; the Shake appears in great condition, booting without issues, connecting to the servers, and sending data to us. Good job with that new SD card!
Regarding its name change, from R4DFA to RC340, have you changed the Raspberry Pi board and/or the Raspberry Pi MAC address?
The two above are the only known ways to change a Shake’s StationCode from the unit itself, as defined here: Raspberry Shake Station Naming Convention
