Its doing it again, Can someone please Help. Im Thinking of Purchasing a New SD Card for it, Would that solve this issue? I’ve Tried Turning off Data Fording and On But it still does the Same Thing. Its Getting Extremely Annoying Now…
For the Next version of Raspberry Shake OS , i Would Find it Extreeemely Useful if there was a Reset Option
Wifi Password saying its Incorrect, Even though its Correct on the Network Router
The same thing is happening to me.
Hello Xtremeo,
As I also wrote the other user, I have asked our server team to check if anything is going on our side.
In the meantime, could you download the logs from the Shakes you are seeing this connection issue and post them here?
I would like to see what’s going on with a bit more detail.
Thank you.
Thank you for the logs!
From what I can see, the Shake boots correctly, finds an internet connection via your WiFi, synchronizes its internal clock, and is able to see our server.
So the connection problem is not something that happens at start up. I can see some DDSsendDP(): send error EPIPE (Broken pipe), closing socket
errors, however, that could be the reason why you’re not seeing your Shake online.
Could I please ask you to:
- turn off your Shake
- disconnect all cables from it
- restart your router and wait for it to regain internet connection
- now reconnect LAN and power cable to the Shake in this order
- turn on the Shake again, wait for about 30 min, then download the new logs
Can you then attach the new logs to your reply here on the forum? I would like to see if there are any differences between the current situation and a fresh Shake reboot.
Thank you.
On word from our software team, they also recommended a further reboot, and your Shake should now be able to connect again to the servers.
If not, as usual, please download the new logs and post them here so we can see if there is something else going on.
Thank you!
It seems to have fixed itself, by letting it Shutdown for awhile. Now its working fine again. Thanks for the help!
No trouble at all! Glad to have your Shake back online.
