Sensitivity / scaling of Helicorder Recording

Is there a way to select the sensitivity/scaling of the Helicorder recording?
I am using the long period filter. Most of my files are looking this way.
Helicorder Scaling Value is already set to 0.1, what I suppose, is the lowest amplification.

Many thanks
Jochen

Hello Jochen,

You are correct, 0.1 scaling is the lowest value that can be set for the Helicorder Scaling Parameter (which, for all readers, can be found in the Settings - Data tab.

If you want to replot the data with a different, smaller, scale, I can recommend using ObsPy (Python module) or MATLAB.

GREAT to see you posting again

Have you had a chance to check out dataview.raspberryshake.org yet?

Hi Giuseppe
Thanks for your response, when also negativ for me  Uhhhhh, your solutions sounds like “programming”, a thing, I will never do
So If I need a better view, I would take Branden’s suggestion.
Very sad that I have not yet a way, to find a good resolution for showing it on my website. But I am thinking about using other software like scream, seisgram, swarm or jamaseis and transfer the images to the website.
Recent Helicorder Displays Have a look at 03/28/2025…
So thanks again and enjoy your weekend

Hi Branden
Yes, back to life  and still a lot of projects, optimization of existing projects and you know, if you own a house, it will never be boring
My last big project was a energy storing system for our waste solar power. If you sell your waste solar power you earn 0.06 chf. Than they bill you for the usage of their power lines, that they can sell your power for 0.20 chf. So I built a 100 kw/h battery storage with three victron inverter, big bus bars 40x10mm cupper and 75mm2 cables

Next project will be the upgrade of the boom device to Debian 10
Have a nice weekend
Jochen
