RS4D doesn't boot

Hello,
my RS4D was installed in a remote site and I’ve recently recovered it because I wasn’t able to reach it from the TCP connection. The RS4D is now on my table and it doesn’t boot anymore, just the power led is on and no activity at the DVI port. I suspect the SD with the O.S. is corrupted. Is there a way to have an image of the O.S.?
