Replacing a dead Raspberry PI

Hi Support,

The Raspberry Pi I had used for some years finally succumbed to time and power issues. Initially, I thought it was just the SD card but it seems the ethernet port has died. In building on a new Pi I seem to have also created a 3rd device on my profile. So I have
AM.S3D58 and AM.R7B0A (original) are never going to send data again. Is there a way of deleting them? The new one is AM.R4805 and shows data on https://stationview.raspberryshake.org/ but not on https://shakenet.raspberryshake.org/ from what I can see that is a known problem…

Cheers, Peter

Hello Peter, and welcome back to the community!

Yes, your profile on the ShakeNet portal contains all the stations associated with your account that you have connected to the network. It is not possible to delete them from your ShakeNet page as we intended keeping the old stations there (with the offline ones marked with a broken link icon) in a sort of chronological history.

However, this is an interesting suggestion nonetheless, and I’ll pass it to our team to see if something can be implemented.

The new one is AM.R4805 and shows data on https://stationview.raspberryshake.org/ but not on https://shakenet.raspberryshake.org/ from what I can see that is a known problem…

That is correct, as it is due to the server issues we are in the process of fixing. Great to hear that your Shake is back on!

Thanks for the update. Interestingly, the 2 previous ones (before AM.R7B0A) are not there.

I noticed the same when I checked your station list.

I think this is also related to the server issues we are facing, as older data is currently inaccessible. If you are interested, I can check with the team to see if this is the case or if there is another reason behind it.
