So Raspberry Shake showed a 4.1 quake occuring 13km from my station. I didn’t feel it but most importantly I don’t see anything that looks like a quake. Another station 46km also does not show any quake. Is this a blip in the Raspberry Shake analysis?

Sometimes events are published based on preliminary findings and, after manual operator review, removed because what was detected was not an earthquake. It’s a standard process shared by many earthquake agencies worldwide.
This is the case for this event. It was initially published as M4.1 in that location, but this morning it was removed, very likely after the review process mentioned above. There was no earthquake there, as the closest seismometers have also shown.
Sometimes it can take agencies more than 24-48 hours to review everything, so during that span, one can always look at the Raspberry Shake traces to find out more.
