Why is my RS constantly offline during various times of the day? Today, I did not have any visuals during 12:21 to chart a recent activity.

Thank you for contacting us regarding this issue. We had server-side problems yesterday that prevented our users to access ShakeNet and see live data for a number of hours until the issue was found and solved. After that, the data was being streamed and recorded as normal.
