R7C8F Station Not Displaying .... It is LAN connected... powered ON

I am using R7C8F… station was OFF for 2 days for storm in area
… now switched ON … LAN is okay… green light blinks… but device NOT on station map ,… no data …

please provide your log files so we can have a look, without them, we can’t really be of any help…

I ahve 2 RS1D…ID > R7C8F and RC68C… both diaplys over ShakeNet android app… but not on web…
i am unable to view on web… cant take logfile…

hello,

without the logs, being able to say why connection to the server is failing is a difficult guessing game.

but from checking on the server side, this is what i can tell you:

  • station RC68C recently connected successfully to the server and is sending data, which can be seen in the data-view app here

  • station R7C8F last disconnected at 2024-11-25 06:51:27 and hasn’t been seen since

without the log files, there’s really nothing more i can say. if access to the instrument is not possible using rs.local, or through ssh, then a physical visit to the site may be in order. is it possible for the instrument to be power-cycled?

if, in the future, you are able to download the log files, please send them along.
