During the fist login and creating the account process, for me was a little bit confusing the NON equivalence between UserName and my email. In the instructions is said that the email in shake config must be used to create the account. During the account creation an user name is requested, and also a Nickename to be shown on web. Then when trying to login for the first time I forgot the existence of this username and tried to login with my email as username for several times !.
Perhaps the login user could be the email, or an equivalence between userName and email could be established. e-mail should be unique.
