What’s the best procedure to change my email address in my RS account?
I can see where to change the address in rs.local, and in the Discord account, but in my profile it says “Email can be updated from authentication provider”. Where is that?
That should be it. You will need to log in with the new email on the Mobile App too, so you’ll be able to see your stations again.
P.s. For all readers: you can always reach your account profile page by clicking on the three horizontal lines (hamburger menu) next to your avatar, and then selecting Manage Profile.
When I went to change my email address in Discord however, when I click the “Done” button at the end of the process it loops back to “Why am I changing my email” and the process never completes.
You can try to log in to the web version (Discord) and see if it works from there. Otherwise, it could be worth checking their help page (https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us) or sending an email to their support ([email protected]) as I am seeing that other users have reported similar “loops” in the past.
