Nothing in data view R9850

Field deployed RS3D (remote site pwr_12 volt 135 amphr batteries with 100 w solar panel, telemetry via cell modem separately powered.

Running great then just stopped randomly once previously went offline off data view I swapped battery rebooted came back online. This time same thing except it’s never come back online.

Logging still I hope to get data now unsure quite bummed.

do you have remote access to the units? if so, please download the log files and attach them here so that we can have a look at what could be the cause of the issue.
