Not seeing RS data before 5/28/24

Today, I’m not able to see any RS data previous to 5/28/24 on DataView, SWARM, and ShakeNet.

Are others having the same problem today?

Hello kafka,

I can see the same and I’ve already notified our server team. I am sure it is related to the work they have been doing, but I’ll update you as soon as they wake up tomorrow (we work from different time zones).

Also: Getting this message when I try to access data from before 5/28/2024 using ObsPy:

FDSNNoDataException: No data available for request.

Hello kafka,

Yes, the team has reported some FDSN intermittent issues that they are working to fix. The data is there (they have assured me of this), but it now appears as unreachable.

I’ve sent you a message about this. Thank you again for your continued patience.
