Hey guys. I have a RS1D (RA4EE) setup, but I strangely cannot seem to pickup any quakes which other shakes near me are indeed picking up. I’ve attatched images of a example earthquake which was picked up by another RS1D & SB very clearly relatively close but was not picked up by me at all.

The main reason why your Shake appears* not to have visibly recorded that event is due to a combination of factors: distance and higher local noise compared to the other Shakes you posted.
Why did I put an * there? Because, if we filter the waveform a little bit on DataView (here’s the link to your station: Data View: Raspberry Shake Data Visualization Tool), the earthquake appears nicely.
The waveforms that are displayed on StationView are all unfiltered, so stations that are closer to any event will, by default, show a more distinct earthquake-shaped waveform. Stations that are farther away, instead, may not display it, such as in this case, but a filter can uncover the signal hidden among others.

ahh i see, thank you very much! at the time of the earthquake it did seem to have a decent amount of extra noise compared to usual, aswell. I appreciate it!
