No data on mobile ShakeNet

Hi there,
just received my RS1D: AM.R3801.
I can see data on my computer (shakenet web page), but the Android App says that the station is offline…

Hello Gabriel, welcome to the community!

I can see your new Shake on our network. Sometimes it can take up to 24-48h for the data to appear on the live streaming services such as StationView or the ShakeNet App, so let’s wait until this period passes and if we see that the data is still not there, we will look into it.
