New shake station not appearing in station view

Hi-
I have a new RS4D, AM.R3DC0.00.E[HZ,NZ,NN,NE]. Everything seems fine - I can see and communicate with it locally through my browser and SWARM, data forwarding is on, but it doesn’t appear in station view nor on the community list in SWARM. All help appreciated.
