I read about it this morning in the news, a dreadful accident.
That station recorded many low frequency events that day. The main one was the M7.4 in the Philippines
and it also got an M5.6 in the Kurils (first two spikes) and an M6.7 aftershock (main arrival + surface waves) always in the Philippines
but I couldn’t find any local/worldwide match for the spike you highlighted, so it could be because of the explosion.
