Mobile App has stopped working

This afternoon my ShakeNet App stopped working on my Android S23FE phone.

It would close immediately after I opened the app, the error message saying the app has a bug.

I uninstalled the app and re-installed, but the problem continues.

Thank you, as usual, for the feedback! While I don’t have the specifics, I know our app team is working on it.

I’ll update again when a solution is in place.

No worries. It still works on my Galaxy S9 Tablet… ;o)

For you and all other readers, we have released a new update that fixes the error described in this topic.

If you haven’t already, please download it from the Store and everything should be up and working again.
