My station RD735 is missing data from mid-day 4/17/26 until 4/30/26 in the online data view. The Data from those dates downloads fine directly from the raspberry shake. It was set to share data during those dates and I have viewed them online previously. Is this a server side issue or something else?
I can see data fine before 4/17/26 and from 5/1/26 onwards. shake is set for 30 day retention.

Thank you very much for your notification. The issue has been addressed and resolved, and all data is now accessible again. If it still says No Data in your browser, please do a hard refresh via Ctrl+F5 or Mac equivalent.
We are working in the background to continuously improve our server infrastructure. For this, data access via DataView is temporarily limited between Feb. 1st, 2026 and the present day. No limitations, instead, on our FDSNWS service.

I have the same issue for my 6 Shakes for 2026 June 14. An EQ inside the Shake polygon at 16:39UT was to be analysed by a friend, but all six Shakes have been giving “No data” for June 14 on the ShakeNet app for the past two days. The data was available for all Shakes as at June 17 when Geoscience Australia posted the event.
This M2.4 event W of Mudgee, NSW, Australia, never appeared on the Shakenet app.
Make that 2026 Jun 13 (thirteen)! “No data” on that day either

In the meantime, I can confirm that the data from your stations is there and there has been no loss. While we address this, I would recommend using either DataView (which correctly displays the traces for the days you’ve listed) or our FDSN service to download and examine the waveforms.
