MEMS spec from SAFRAN

Found this today.
By my calculation, it is an improvement in noise level over the MEMS used in RS4D by a factor of 430.

But they call it “high end” so I suppose it is expensive.

They have another (less expensive) model with 10x the noise spec - still an improvement of 43x I think (model VS1002).

Just following up. Each of these chips runs >> $200 per chip in quantities of 100s. This is a very high end solution indeed!
