Hi,
In Data View I copy the LiveStream URL’s and embed the HTML code into web pages on my personal site. This has worked successfully for my Shake&Boom and my Shake 3D for the last 12 months or so. For the last few weeks these pages report error messages for the live data.
I assume this is due to the current technical issues that you are experiencing. If not, please advise.

You’re right; the embedding stream returns an empty window or, more generally, an error.
We are aware of this and are working (along with the other server issues) to restore this feature as soon as possible. You don’t have to do anything on your side, and the streaming will automatically resume once the work is complete.

Happy to report that the embedded live stream from DataView is now working again. You should be able to see it on your web pages.
