With this epidemic of covid-19, and the shutdown of many factories in China, can we observe a reduction in microseismic background noise on nearby stations, and even on stations a little further away ( Japan, Korea, …) ?

Anthropogenic background noise in certain places will probably decrease in the event of less road and rail traffic, I would imagine, but microseisms (a natural phenomenon) will almost certainly continue as always.
