Raspberry Shake, S.A., Panama is looking for a Product Designer, a Wordpress Expert and a Google Analytics/Ads Expert to join our Marketing team. We are a small innovative company (< 20 employees) making cutting edge IoT seismology-oriented instruments. JOB TITLE: Product Designer (UX / UI)
Reports To: Marketing Director
Job Location: 100% remote work. No relocation required.
Hours: Part-time / Full time considered (minimum 20 hours per week)

Job Overview
Your role in this organization will be to establish and maintain Interface Design and User Experience guidelines for Raspberry Shake SA and manage their successful implementation across the company.
Working principally with the Marketing team, as well as providing UI direction for the Software Development team, your primary aim will be to ensure that Raspberry Shake websites, software applications and services are designed to successfully market our products to an ever expanding customer base.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Oversees the tasks and workflow of Web Designer (WordPress)
- Leads UI and UX design, to guide the Software Development team of online software and apps
- Website / Online Shop Design
Responsibilities and Duties
- Establish and maintain design and user experience guidelines
- Manage the Assistant Designer
- Provide quality control over design outputs and production
- Direct and control the end user experience for all websites and software GUI applications
- Ensure that all of the organization’s creative output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand
- Lead the design and user experience requirements for:
- Mobile applications
- Web applications
- Desktop applications
- Websites including, but not limited to, [edu,shop].raspberryshake.org
- On-boarding materials (e.g., thank you card and Quick Start Guides)
- Project Manager for all design and usability related tasks which require coordination with the development team
- Develop and optimize User Journeys to support product and marketing efforts
Required Skills/Abilities
Essential
- Expert in graphical, website, UI and technical design
- Expert in Sketch or Figma and Invision or Zeplin, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate

Job Overview
Working within the Marketing team, your primary role will be to ensure that all Raspberry Shake websites are operating optimally to successfully market our products to an ever expanding customer base.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Direct the optimization of all WordPress sites
- Oversee the performance, maintenance and functionality of all Raspberry Shake Wordpress sites
- Implement modifications to websites as directed by Design & Marketing:
- New content and design
- New features
- Sales funnel updates
- Optimizations for sales e.g merging of shop and site, pop up surveys etc
- High-level WordPress problem solving and technical support
Required Skills/Abilities
Essential
- Expert in Wordpress and Woo-commerce
- Advanced knowledge of Avada
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Proactive and good at working within a remote team
- Excellent at interpreting and implementing new designs and content into websites

Job Overview
Working within the Marketing team, your primary role will be to oversee our company analytics with the aim of providing actionable data to help improve our market reach and targeting of Raspberry Shake products and services.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensure the analytics for all of our web services is set up and operating optimally
- Raspberry Shake Google Analytics
- Wordpress analytics (where appropriate)
- Monitor and issue monthly reports on analytics including, but not limited to, Google Analytics
- Propose actionable recommendations from the data
- Research information as required to help marketing & sales focus their efforts
- Project manager for Ad Campaigns
- Set up and run campaigns; including keyword research and recommendations for a successful campaign
- Coordinate with marketing and design for content and landing pages
Required Skills/Abilities
Essential
- Reporting & analytics: High level knowledge of Google analytics to understand website performance and take actions to improve
- A love for statistics and the ability to asking penetrating questions of the data and present the marketing team with insightful data
- Google Ads: Advanced knowledge of setting up and running successful Google Ads campaigns
Advantageous but not essential
- Social Media advertising
Experience
- Experience of creating and running multiple successful Google Ads campaigns
