I live in western Tokyo and it was quite long and strong here (4 on the seismic intensity scale of 7). Mostly it was sideways movement but at the end it did what I would call a “jerky horizontal circle or square” movement. I know people get particle plots but how can I get one for this earthquake?

thge easiest way is to open the USGS SWARM software to a RS3D in the area of interest, click on the Helicorder Plot to open the zoomed trace that interests you and then right click three times to navigate past the Power and Spectral plots to reach the Particle Motion plot.
