Hello, I downloaded Jamaseis for my RS1D, and I was planning to put my Raspberry in a far place of my location, so I tested if its connects far away from my location so I did and its not connecting. The Jamaseis needs to be connected to the same network as the Raspberry Shake?
Yes Jamaseis must be on same network. On remote location you need router, raspbery shake and you need ip address from rpi and at the end :18000
But if you wish to see jamaseis in real time you must connect remotely to this computer or check jamaseis heliocorder from: ftp.iris.whashinghton.edu/pub/dropoff/amaseis
