From where are your products shipped? Are there any import fees due when shipped to United States locations?

The products are currently shipped from our offices in Panama, Central America. We do not provide any import/customs taxes information as this value can greatly vary from country to country and it depends on local conditions.
Regarding the USA, I think it will depend on the invoice amount. That is, less than XX amount will not have import taxes, but this fact is also differently applied state by state.
I think VAT taxes are always collected and some DHL charges may be too. As we ship via DHL, you can check the local customs’ conditions by contacting your local DHL service (there should be one for each USA state) and based on what Shake you want to buy (you can check the prices in our shop: https://shop.raspberryshake.org/), they should be able to tell you all the fees associated with the shipping.
