Hi Group,

Station Number R2113.

I am not a geophysicist.

Do you think it would be possible to use the Raspberry Shake data for an honors thesis
in physics for a senior physics major? There is so much data.
Has anyone in the group done that?

Hello rmurawsk, and welcome back to the community!

I would say, absolutely!

Data from many Raspberry Shake stations have been used to produce almost 80 peer-reviewed papers (that you can consult here), ranging from “standard” seismic applications to structural building monitoring to volcano studies.

All in all, the dataset will be more than suitable for research and analysis for a senior physics major.
