I have some trouble with one of my shake on the filed. The modem is online but the dyndns used on it does not updates. But I can see the signal of that shake on your web site.
This shake is the R7920 and I am wondering if you may have any logs to find out the adress of that shake that pushes the data onto your server…If it is the case can you please send me that address so that i will be able to connect to the modem and find out the issue on the dyndns configuration.
Great if it is possible, otherwise I will have to go on the station…by car.
