Google Play Mobile App

Hello Shakers!

As some have noticed, our ShakeNet Mobile App Google Play page is not reachable anymore, making any app installation or update on Android devices not possible. Our team has been working hard since the first notification to provide a temporary solution that will help until the issue with the Google Play Store has been solved.

You can download and then install the following APK file (Mobile App v1.5.0.1) from this link.

If you are updating, we recommend uninstalling the old version first, and then proceed with this one.

If you haven’t already done it, a quick manual procedure is needed to be able to install APK files on your Android phone:

  • Open your device’s Settings.
  • Go to Security or Privacy (this may vary by device).
  • Enable Install Unknown Apps (or Apps from Unknown Sources) for your browser or file manager.
  • Once the App is installed, you can restore this option to its default deactivated status.

Then, to install the APK:

  • Locate the downloaded APK file using a file manager.
  • Tap the file to start the installation process.
  • Wait for it to finish, then enjoy the App!

Remember to check your Mobile App version (tapping on Settings - About Raspberryshake - scrolling all the way down), as you may already have the latest version.

If you run into any issues or need help, feel free to reach out.

Thank you for your constant support!

Hi! I was wondering if you could share a direct link to the Sound App (EQ Sound) for Android too, please? It is also not found at Google Play. Many thanks!

Hello signe, and welcome to our community!

The EQSound utility is not available in mobile app format and is only accessible via web browser (you can access it from mobile devices in this format too).

You can find it here: https://sound.raspberryshake.org/.
