The App has been giving me frequent “No Data” responses on events, even when my Shake has been up and sending data tomthe servers without interruption. This appears to be solved by resetting the cache, but it is annoying because this sometimes happens multiple times in a session. IPhone 12 Pro on this end.

We have opened a ticket for our App team to investigate this particular issue. Other users (with Android systems, so I don’t know if this will work) have found that a temporary solution may be uninstalling and reinstalling the App.
We will nonetheless look for the cause and fix it as soon as we can.

Not trying to be a pain, but the Shake and the App are very interesting in my hobby world, and I enjoy the data I obtain every day. I understand about the uninstall/reinstall, but I have done that more times than I can count and the problem just returns. I will be quiet from now on.
