FDSNWS Data Access Issues

Raspberry Shake Data Center Status Update

We have identified the cause behind the current issues, and it is affecting only the EHZ channels for data recorded from November 1st, 2025 onwards.

All our resources are focused on fixing this data access issue as quickly as possible, as usual, and while temporarily not accessible, no EHZ channel data is being lost.

All other channels (SHZ, EHE, EHN, ENZ, ENE, ENN, HDF) data remains accessible.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Note: Data display and retrieval may be momentarily unavailable on our services (StationView, DataView, Mobile App, FDSNWS) while we work on the issue.

Raspberry Shake Data Center Status Update

A fix for the current FDSNWS issues has been applied during the weekend, and now the service is back up and running as intended.

Some EHZ channel data is still not accessible (specifically, between Nov. 1st and Nov. 3rd, 2025) and we are working to synchronize our backups to restore full data availability. As mentioned, while temporarily not reachable, no EHZ channel data has been lost.

All other channels (SHZ, EHE, EHN, ENZ, ENE, ENN, HDF) data remains accessible.

Thank you for your understanding.

Note: Data display and retrieval may be momentarily unavailable on our services (StationView, DataView, Mobile App, FDSNWS) while we finish working on the issue.
