I’m experiencing some problems when I try to retrieve data from an ‘old’ date (22nd October 2025) from my sensors (RE804, R5DD1). The message I get in return says that there is no data available. I know there is - or was - since I’ve retrieved it not so long ago.
I’ve found some posts saying that there is no limitation regarding the time data can be stored and available, therefore I would like to request for some assistance in order to solve this issue.

The issue with data retrieval via our FDSN Web Service has been resolved, and everything is back to normal.
I’ve tried queries with your listed Shakes and timing, and managed to download the requested data. Could you try if it now works for you?
