Are you familiar with T waves? I wasn’t until after I’d found some, and THEN found out what they were.

When an earthquake occurs under the ocean, infrasound waves radiate though the ocean and then stimulate new seismic waves when they encounter the escarpment of a continental shelf and the coast. These are T waves.
